Cats like an extra warm area to sleep in. A lovely heated cat bed would be the perfect gift for any cat. My cats like to sleep on a big fluffy towel in a box that is easy for them to get in and out of. My cats also enjoy a hammock cat bed and windowsill heated cat beds.

Cats will be delighted if they get new catnip toys for Christmas presents. Cats love to play with balls that they bat around with their paws. A talking bird cat toy will delight your cat for hours as it pounces on it and chirps like a live bird. Cats like to play with sponges and empty toilet paper rolls, also. Toy mice are a must for Christmas presents in my house, as my cats love to toss them and pounce on them. Cats love tuna canned in water and various cat treats for Christmas.

New cat dishes, water bowls, and litter boxes are healthier for your cat. Old words that are scratched up can harbor germs in the cavities of the scratches that you can never get 100 % clean, and the same goes for old litter boxes.

Get your cat shots up to date and have your vet give your cat a complete physical for a Christmas present. A gift of good health is the best gift you can give your cat. You and your cat will have many Christmases to share over the years. Have your cat’s teeth cleaned. Dirty or bad teeth can lead to a lot of health issues.

Spend part of Christmas day playing with your cat. Cats love playing with string toys with a fish or bird at the end of the string. Your cat will bat away at the fish or bird at the end of the line for a long time.

Cats and Games

Your kitten’s first game is playing with its Mother’s tail. Young kittens like to pounce and jump on leaves that have fallen to the ground. Kittens want to throw a dead mouse in the air and carry it in their mouth before they throw it up in the air again. Kittens watch their Mother play games and learn by watching their Mother.

Mother cats will play with a cat toy ball, and their kittens will also chase after the ball and roll it around on the floor. My young cats love to bat a ball in a circle toy. My kittens watch their Mother play with whatever games I bring into the house for them to play with. My young cats perfect their skills in the various games by watching their siblings play the games. Toy mice are always my favorite toy cats who love throwing up in the air and pouncing on them. My young cats also like to carry the toy mice through the house as if to say look what we caught for you today, Mother.

I have a couple of toy birds stuffed with catnip, and they also sing like a live birds when my cats grab onto them. They love playing with the cat toy and singing birds. My cats also love to play with other cat toys stuffed with fresh catnip.

Cats like to play with cat treat dispensers. My cats keep rolling the dispenser around on the floor until a delicious treat comes out for them to eat and enjoy. I have a cat, frisks, and a temptations cat treat dispenser.

My cats also like playing with giant toy bugs, green plastic frogs, and other cat toys. A cat that plays games will be happy and content and psychically fit.

Outdoor kittens love chasing after leaves that have fallen off the trees in the fall. The kittens will pounce on the leaves and chase after them as the wind blows them around. Kittens will play with their Mother’s tail. Young kittens love to wrestle with each other. Mother cats love to take their kittens with them while they hunt in the fields and ditches for mice. Kittens learn their hunting skills from their Mother.

My outdoor cats love to bask in the sun and lay on the warm cement by my house. Some of my outdoor cats like to roll around in the dry dirt in the garden or field. Moving around in the dry earth helps remove excess oil from your cat’s hair, so they take a dirt bath. Outdoor cats love to roll around in the garden while I work there.

My outdoor cats love to sunbathe on my deck when the sun is out. My cats enjoy my deck even in winter if the sun is out. Maggie loves to watch birds eating at my bird feeder. Maggie has never tried to eat any of the birds at my bird feeder. I think she knows I would not be happy with that.

My outdoor cats make sure my buildings are rodent-free. I have watched Maggie going around to the corn crib and old machine shed and looking inside the facilities for mice. Outdoor cats catch and eat a lot of rodents, along with the dry cat food I put out for them every day.

I have a few cat toys for my cats to play with in my outdoor cat building. They have a catnip mouse and four cat toy balls to roll around on the building floor.

Over the years, I have purchased four Trixie scratching post hammock beds for my cats. The Trixie products are easy to put together. All you have to do is screw two bolts into the cat hammock bed, which is completely assembled.

My cat next door sleep in the hammock part every day. They also use the scratching post constantly. My cats managed to remove the attached ball in about a month. My cats still play with the unattached ball.

Addi loves to sleep in her hammock bed day after day. Russ loves to curl up in the hammock for a long afternoon nap. Hilford loves to scratch away at the scratching post on the Trixie scratching post combination hammock cat bed. Sherlock loves to bask in the comfort of the soft fleece on the hammock cat bed. I have found Cali curled up in a tight little ball sound to sleep in her hammock cat bed. Lorenzo sleeps in the hammock every chance that he can get. Mr. Gray lays in the hammock and plays with the older cat’s tails from his higher vantage point. My cat next door loves scratching away on the rope-covered cardboard post on the Trixie combination hammock cat bed. Most of my cat’s next door have claws, so I love the Trixie scratching post combination hammock cat bed because all of my cat’s with nails love to use it.

Kohl jumped into the Trixie hammock cat bed when I assembled it. He slept in it until I put the Trixie hammock cat bed in the house next door for my other cats. Conrad batted the attached ball around for about ten minutes.

I highly recommend a Trixie scratching post combination hammock cat bed to my feline-loving friends. My cats still love the Trixie products in 2023. I found my Trixie products on the internet.

A Cat Owners Daily Routine

My cats are my alarm clock. They generally wake me up by at least 6:00 AM every morning. They start by walking on my stomach or licking my hand.

I feed my cats early in the morning and give them fresh water. I comb or brush my cats, which tend to shed a lot. I generally comb out a small clump of fur from each cat I comb out.

I put my cat’s toys away every morning. It is always interesting to see what they will pick out of their cat toy box to play with for the day. They always pick out at least two catnip-filled toys. Today, they picked out a red toy lobster, a white toy rabbit, a small green dragon toy, and catnip toys.

They take turns sitting on my lap in the afternoon while I pat them on their head. They like sleeping on top of my grandfather’s clock and refrigerator.

My cat next door take sunbathe during the day. They like to sleep on a window sill cat bed. Lorenzo and Russ like to rest on a shelf with clean towels softened with fabric softener.

My cat’s next door get their litter box cleaned again in the afternoon. Some of my cat’s next door rush to make a new deposit to their litter box before I clean them out.

All of my cats get an afternoon or an evening snack. They may get cat treats or canned cat food or tuna canned in water as a treat for the day.

My cat Conrad likes to sleep on a rocking chair in the afternoon. Kohl wants to take sunbathe in the hallway upstairs in the afternoon. Garfunkel rests on the refrigerator, grandfather clock, and the China cabinet.

I love my daily routine of caring for my awesome feline family. I hope your feline family has a beautiful customary way with you.

My cats get cat treats that are natural with no artificial colors or preservatives in them. They love turkey, chicken, salmon, tuna, and other flavors. I give my cats treats on Christmas Eve or early Christmas morning.

I bought a few new heated cat beds for my cats. They love cuddling up in these warm, warm cat beds on cold winter nights. I also purchased some heated windowsill cat beds. They love to lay on these and watch the birds outdoors while resting on their heated window perches. I also have several heated stainless steel water bowls. I always buy stainless steel water bowls because they do not break like plastic ones in cold weather.

I have purchased several new toys for my cats. I have purchased singing toy birds for cats that are stuffed with catnip. I bought several bright-colored balls and toy mice that are always a big hit with my cats. For Christmas, they will also get a stuffed miniature sock monkey and a Star Wars cat toy this year.

All outdoor cat buildings have been filled with fresh straw and thoroughly cleaned before the cold weather sets in. Always keep a heated outdoor cat bed and a heated outdoor water bowl for your outdoor cats. Fresh straw helps your cat stay warmer in the winter months.

I will be buying another circle toy for my cats this year. They love to bat a ball or a mouse around in a track on a circle toy. I will buy one that is brightly colored. Some circle toys have a scratching pad for your cat to sharpen its claws on.

I make sure all of my cat’s shots are up to date, along with their yearly checkups. A gift of good health is the best present you could give your feline friend.

I put the Catit with catnip bench scratcher on my living room floor next door. I sprinkled some catnip on the board to entice my cats to use the board. My cats went toward the Catit with a catnip bench scratcher immediately after I sprinkled some catnip on it. They smelled the catnip and licked away at the board before scratching at the Catit with the catnip bench scratcher from Chewy.Com.

Russ and Lorenzo love their new scratching bench. They are both de-clawed but love to scratch the Catit scratching bench. My kitten, Mr. Gray, loved scratching away at the Catit bench. My kitten Sherlock also thought the Catit bar with catnip was beautiful.

Cali liked the Catit scratching bench from Chewy.Com. She spent a long time examining the Catit court, then rubbed and scratched away at the bar to her heart’s content. Lorenzo did not want to walk away from the Catit scratching bench. Lorenzo used the bar again when Cali was finally done using it for a while. My cat Peter went crazy over the Catit bench. Peter rolled back and forth over the top of the court. Peter thought the Catit bench was the cat’s meowing in cat scratching benches.

All of my cat’s next door seemed happy using the Catit scratching bench with catnip from Chewy.Com. When one cat would get done using it, another cat would take over. Spend part of your day playing games with your cat. If you have an indoor cat, take him for a ride in your car if he likes to go for rides. I once had a Siamese cat that loved to go for a ride in the car. Massage your cat’s neck and shoulders gently. If your cat likes a gentle belly rub, give him one.

Give your cat a special food treat. My cats think they are on when I give them soma canned water. Give your cat a little catnip; he will roll around on the floor and act like a kitten again.

Let your cat cuddle up with you in bed at night. My cats always love a nice warm spot to keep warm at night.

As your cat ages, he will spend time in a heated bed if you buy one. They get body aches and pains as they age, just as we do.
