Worry

Talk to the Lord about your worries and concerns. God will remove your fears and help you concentrate on the present if you let him into your life. If you have to take a test and have not studied for it, you better worry. God helps those who help themselves, and if you fail to look for the test at hand, you have failed yourself, and you cannot blame God that you did not pass your exam. We pray to the Lord to protect us from getting Co-Vid. We need to help God out and get our Co-Vid shots. After all, God gave us a brain to think with, and if we do not use our brain and get an image that will not protect us from our stupidity, that will kill us. God answers our prayers by giving us wise choices, and we should choose wisely so we will not have to worry. Worry robs us of what could have been a beautiful day. Do not worry and pray to God without ceasing and make wise choices in life every single day.

Prayers Do Get Answered

God answers prayers in his timeframe. God may not answer your prayer immediately as you may not be ready yet. You must understand what you are asking for in your prayers and accept God’s answer. Prayers that do not have good intentions will not get answered. Prayers should help people and uplift them. Prayers can be asked for healing and how to cope with challenging problems. God knows if your prayers are genuine or come from your heart. Never pray to objects or anything that is not God. When you are feeling down, sick, or depressed, pray to God to help lift you out of your despair and help you feel well again. God will answer all prayers for healing and the well-being of other people. Thank you, Lord, for answering our prayers and those that benefit others and help lift them.

Sickness

We pray for sick people to be healed by God’s healing grace. God does not want to see any of his children suffer. We pray that God will find the right Doctor for us that will understand and be knowledgeable about our illness and how to treat it, so we do not get worse—people who are sick need God’s healing prayersto to make a full recovery. The ill person also needs God to send the right people to be with her or as a cheerleader to give her the will to carry on. God had always sent the right people into my life when I needed them most. God knows what you need in your life, and I have put my life in God’s hands as he is my potter, and I am his clay. God, thank you for all your good work in my life. I want to help spread your good results into the lives of others I meet along life’s Hi-Way—God’s blessings to all.

Cat Mothers

Mother cats have run into a house on fire to save their kitten’s lives. I have an older Mother cat that still lets her full-grown kittens eat all of the food they want to before she will eat anything. I had a tabby outdoor cat that would allow her kittens to play with the mice she had caught, and many of the mice managed to escape from the young kittens. She was training her kittens so they would be good mousers someday. Mother cats will curl up in a heated cat bed with their full-grown kittens so everyone stays nice and cozy. Cat Mothers ensure their kittens are nice and clean and bring rodents and sometimes rabbits to eat. One Mother cat stayed by a maintenance hole meowing loudly for days until a man came along and rescued her kittens that had fallen in the maintenance hole.

Our Pet Cats Love Us

If you do not feel well, your cat will lie on your lap or bed, comforting you with soft meows and gentle purring. After my Mother died of ALS, my first house cat Sugar, a Siamese cat, would sit on the bathtub’s edge and cry for hours. Sugar seemed to know that my Mother had died and was grieving with us. I had one of my house cats check on me every hour the hour after I had gotten out of the hospital to make sure I was OK. If you are crying, your cat will come up to you and rub on you or look at you with a very concerned look. If your cat catches a mouse, he will even try to share his catch of the day with you. Your cat thinks of the mouse as if he is giving you a fine jewel. Cats try their best to be there for us when we need them the most.

Cats And Your Other House Cats

If one of my house cats snuggles up to another house cat, they will start cleaning each other until one thinks they are clean enough and takes off. Cats seem to know if another cat is not feeling well, and they will snuggle up next to that cat to try to comfort it in its time of need. Cats will play together and try to catch a mouse if they see one in your home. Cats that are related to each other are generally friends for life. If intruders enter their clan, they stick together in their alliances.

Cats And Other House Pets

I once had a dog, a cat, and a goat who were best friends. My cat would sleep in my dog’s house along with her kittens. All three of them would go hunting together. The goat would look for leftover corn in the field, while the cat and dog would hunt for mice. I had a purebred Siamese house cat whose best friend was a parakeet. She would lie on the bed and listen to my bird sing for hours. Our cats genuinely do love us as we love them.

Fall Out Of Favor

Something New

An old item in your home could fall out of favor when you bring its replacement into your home. If you buy a new TV with a large screen and much better resolution, the old TV will fall out of favor. You may keep it in case the new TV stops working, put it in the workshop, or toss it in the garbage. Computers fall out of favor quickly as the new ones can do more things faster. Cell phones fall out of turn about every two years anymore as the new ones are warp speed ahead and have better cameras and more storage space. Even your favorite old jacket falls out of favor when you find the perfect new one that gives more protection from the elements. A new one may replace an old house if it costs way too much to repair the old house.

Do Not Fall Out Of Favor With God

If you repeat the same sin repeatedly, you will fall out of favor with God. God forgives you for your sins if you genuinely repent. By repeating the same sin over and over, you have not genuinely repented from your sin. If you promise God something, keep your promise and promptly fulfill your commitment to God. Falling out of favor with God is an original sin. Eve was told not to eat the Apple from the tree and ate it anyway, so women suffer in childbirth today. Do not break Gods commandment’s as it is not called the ten suggestions. God is a loving and caring God but does not test God by being wrong as you know better. Praise God every day for the many blessings he has given you.

Sports And Players

If a player on a sports team starts performing poorly, he will fall out of favor quickly. If he listens to his coach and does what he wants him to do in the warmups and drills, he may regain his turn again. If a player tries to stand on his laurels and is not a team player, he will not be playing in the game as he will be sitting on the sidelines. If you disappoint your followers and teammates, you will be replaced by someone that wants to help the team win. The new man-up will have the team spirit, and he will not fall out of favor anytime soon. You cannot expect things to be handed to you on a silver platter as you have to work for them, benefit your team, and keep up the team spirit.

Try Not To Fall Out Of Favor With Anyone

You do not want to be avoided by people, detested, despised, disliked, or disfavored by all you know. Keep your promises to people and be kind, compassionate, and considerate of other people’s feelings. Always put your best foot forward and smile on someone’s face every day. The energy you put out is the energy that you will attract. Be a go-to person for people and support them in their endeavors. Do not put out negativity, as there is already enough of that in the world. Be yourself and do not put on Aires; you will not lose favor with people.

Cats Are Very Intuitive

Cats can read us by the look on our faces or how we act. Cats seem to know if you have had a hard day and may lick your hand or face. Cats will also curl up and purr away on your lap. When I came home from the hospital, my cat would check on me every hour. My cat wanted to make sure I was OK. Cats seem to know if you are crying, you would like them to sit on your lap and keep you company. One of my house cats started growling for no reason, and shortly, a tornado passed through our town, which was only 4 miles away. Cats know that when you are smiling, you are happy, and a cat treat will come shortly.

Death In The Family

Cats get very depressed for a long time when a household member dies. After my Mother died, my Siamese cat would sit next to the bathtub and wail in a sharp Siamese cat voice. She was also very depressed when her pet parakeet died. She had come from a home that raised parakeets before I adopted her. Every morning she would listen to Perry the parakeet sing away; he was her animal friend. Sugar was very attached to people and animals that she loved. Sugar would sit in my lap more after my Mother died. We were good therapy for each other.

Cats Can Warn You

A cat at a nursing home would jump in bed with a resident who would generally die within two days after the cat visit. Cats can warn you about a gas leak in your home. They can smell it and then come back into the house with their nose curled up. The cat made the homeowner follow him outdoors to the gas leak, and she called the gas company and got the leak fixed, saving both of their lives. Cats can warn owners of an impending seizure that protects them from significant injury. Cats must lead their owners to the kitchen to show them they forgot to shut off the stove. Cats have to awaken their owners to warn them of a fire in the home that saves them from burning or suffocating to death.

Cats Looking Out For Us

My cats know I wouldn’t say I like mice, and one drowns them in a water dish. One time my dryer vent came off, three mice came in, and my cat drowned all of them. Cats will share their toys with you, and you and your cat can play with them together for a little while. My cats curl up in my lap, and we generally take a catnap together. One night my cat Sebastian saw a man walking down my road, and he growled, which got my immediate attention. I pulled down the shade and thanked Sebastian. Cats comfort us every day.

Inspire Others

Communicate With Others

If you cannot communicate with others, you will not be able to inspire them. Share joy, passion, and enthusiasm with those around you. Build quality relationships with those around you. Let people know that what they are doing does make a difference positively. Look at the World thoroughly; otherwise, negativity will take over. Tell people about what inspires you in life, and they may want to join you in your inspiration to help others. If you inspire others, they must see a positive change in you first. I was reticent until young and caring people surrounded me. I can now visit and talk to anyone with ease. Be enthusiastic about work and life and share a positive mental attitude even when the going gets tough.

Dedicate Your Life To Your Cause

If people see that you are genuinely dedicated to your cause, they will be dedicated to their cause. Try to overcome your obstacles in life; otherwise, your obstacles will hang around your neck like an albatross. The older we get, the more blocks we will have to overcome. We will become slower in our activities of daily living, but that is just part of life. I was talking to someone e another day, and she said she wanted volunteers who could work as hard as she could. She has to realize that most of the people trying to help her are retired. She told me she did not want them if they could not put in a full day of work; never tell older people they want to help but have health limitations. Everyone wants something meaningful to do as it makes them feel that they have more of a purpose in life. When she gets old, I wonder how she will react if someone tells her they want a workhorse and she cannot do it anymore. Treat people with compassion if you want to inspire them, and never tell them they are not fast enough anymore.

Inspirational People

My Mother and Father inspired me a great deal in my life. They taught me to have a good work ethic and to be kind and caring. My parents were loving and kind to other people. My Mother and Father would go the extra mile to help people. I try to help and reach out to people as much as possible. My Mother and Father were very supportive of my causes in life. Teachers inspire us, and friends, relatives, grandparents, parents, and strangers we have met along life’s Hi-Way. I love visiting with older people, and my parents did, also.

God Inspires Me

Jesus gave his life to save us from our sins in life. No man loves another man more than to lay down his life for them. God has blessed me in life, and I am very grateful. God inspires me to be better and stronger in life. God can heal you with his loving and caring hands. I want to help spread God’s good works to the best of my ability. Let God inspire you in your life every day.

Power Tools

I have found excellent used power tools at pawn shops. They generally have pretested them, and they are ready to go. You can buy a 30-day warranty on the devices at a reasonable price which I think is well worth the money. I found a Stihl gas-powered leaf blower, a brand-new saw, and various other tools over the years. You can negotiate a lower price or buy several items for a better deal. My friend found a practically new snow blower that works wonderfully. You can find well-used tools at yard sales. Make sure you try them out to make sure it works fine.

Appliances

I have found many used appliances at rummage sales over the years. I have also purchased used machines with a 90-day warranty from an appliance repair shop. Some appliance stores still take trade-ins, and you can ask them if they went through it to make all of the necessary repairs before you negotiate a deal. Ask them to deliver it free of charge and take your old one away.

Furniture

Rummage sales often have good used furniture. I have purchased wonderfully made furniture from antique stores. Look for a used furniture store in your town and keep looking; you will eventually find what you are looking for. Never buy a used recliner, as the mechanism is generally worn out. Check the springs and material to make sure it is in good shape.

Vehicles

Never pay the total price for any vehicle you buy, as they have wiggle room built into their price. Before you buy any used vehicle, drive it and take it to your local mechanic. I was told once that a car was accident-free, and my mechanic could see a different paint color under the hood, which was a dead giveaway that it had been in an accident and had been repainted. Always check the oil dipstick; if it is not on the line, the car uses motor oil. Also, check the radiator to ensure you do not see any motor oil in there, as you may have a cracked engine block, and the car could be junk momentarily.

Social Media Platforms

I have purchased a vast array of used items on social media platforms. Everything I bought worked fine, and I got my money back in full. Try to buy from reputable dealers that have a high rating. I will not buy from them if they do not have at least 4.5 stars,

Be Careful Buying Anything Used

Ask many questions about what you are about to buy that is used. Ask them why they are selling it, and if they come up with some strange answer, tell them you have another one to look at before you decide. When buying anything used, let the buyer beware of devious people that want to make money on their worn-out junk. Never buy any used electronics unless they have been fixed. Buy certified repair people and have them throw in a 90-day warranty. When purchasing a used mower, ask the dealer to let you try it out for at least ten days before you decide to buy it, as a malfunction should appear in that time frame. If you can, purchase an extended warranty on your used items; play it extra safe, as you do not want to be stuck with a lemon or sour grapes, as the old saying goes. Creative Cats

Cats That Make Their Cat Toys

One of my cats used to play with old sponges that I had cleaned my kitchen sink. She would toss them up in the air and carry them around the house like she had caught a prized mouse. Some of my cats have played with the empty toilet paper rolls. Most of my cats like to play with small aluminum balls made out of aluminum foil. My cats have played with a lid from a small bottle as if it were a hockey puck. I have placed empty spools of thread on the floor, and my cats have rolled that around on the floor for hours upon end. My cats also enjoy playing with old wooden corks. Some cats like to take my ink pens and play with them. I once had a cat that would roll a lead pencil under my door, and he would wait until I rolled it back to him, and we repeated the process several times. One of my cats managed to get the clothespins off the clothesline, and he would take them apart and play with the pieces. I had one cat that would watch the pool balls go into the pool table’s pockets. I had a pet parakeet that my Siamese cat loved, and she would listen to him sing for hours. My outdoor cats have played with leaves as they blow around in the wind. Cats love to play with each other’s tails until one cat gets tired of it.

Cats With Creative Talents

I have one cat that drowns any mice he may see. I once had a cat that would walk along the curtain rod, and he would never lose his balance. Cats are excellent climbers but sometimes forget how high up they have ventured. My cats have always managed to get down again, but not nearly as gracefully as they did climb up. I have one cat that can open doors. He stands on his hind feet, uses his front paws to turn the doorknob, and goes off. I had one cat that left my farm for ten years, and then she returned home. I wish I could have asked her about her adventures while she was gone. I had a female cat that had our small dog babysitting her kittens for her while she went off hunting for the catch of the day. I have had outdoor cats stand by my door in the winter months, knowing I would let them become house cats because I could not see them shivering in the elements.

Never Underestimate The Intelligence Of Your Cat

I had a cat rent a house for me once. She turned on the answering machine, and that party left a message, and they ended up renting our home. A cat dialed 911 and saved his owner’s life. His owner had taught the cat how to dial 911, thinking the cat would not be able to, and the cat proved him wrong. A cat saved his family by alerting them to a dangerous gas leak outside their home. Cats awakened their owners when there was a fire in their home, and they got out safely. I had an outdoor cat come to the door that was having trouble delivering her kitten. I helped her, and all was well. God bless the beast and the children.

Difficult Days

It will be extra complicated to make it to the top of the mountain on days when nothing seems to go right. You may have a surprise test in class today that you are unprepared for. You hope beyond all hope that it has something to do with what you have studied earlier in the year, only to discover that you have to write about each Chemistry experiment and why you think it turned out the way it did. I remember the experiments, and I got an A on that test. Even on difficult days, you may still reach the top of your mountain. All days will have some hiccups as nothing goes exactly according to plan. Do not stew or fret over things in life, making reaching the top of your mountain harder.

Car Breakdowns

Remember that anything mechanical will break down eventually. Car breakdowns always happen without fail at the worst times possible. The clutch on a vehicle I had gave out in the middle of traffic, and every one said to move it, and I said it would not move. Two men helped push it to a side street. I found a great garage that put a new clutch in it ASAP. I had one breakdown late on a Saturday afternoon, and one small garage in that town said they would stay open until my tow truck driver towed it in. It was a simple fix, and I gave him some extra money for going the extra mile for me. Help will come if you are patient and will be back on the road again.

Health Issues

God knows all your health issues and will be by your side 24/7. Remember, even with some of your health issues; you can still get to the top of your mountain. You may have to get to the top of your mountain in a different way than how you wished to, but you will make it. Always have a purpose and cause to help others and spread God’s good works whenever you can. Put a smile on someone’s face every day and remember that laughter, good friends, and caring and compassionate people are the best medicine.

Don’t Stop Until You Reach Your Mountain Summit

Stay focused on your goals and plans for your life. If one set of goals is impossible, find another one that is possible for you. God has a journey or path that he wants you to follow with your life. Stay focused on a plan that God will lead you to reach your mountain’s summit. Some of us never find our true mission until we are older and wiser and can tune into what God wants us to do. God will help me reach the summit of my mountain and what grandeur there be to behold as it will be beyond my imagination. God and my final conference comfort me all of the days of my life.

The Aloof Cat

Some cats like to run and hide and be left alone. Your cat may be annoyed or angry when you try to interact with them. I have one cat I have had for nine years, and finally, he will sit on my lap and let me pat him on his head. I have one female cat that growls and hisses at me if I try to hold her, and I have had her since she was born. I let her do her own thing, and then we get along just fine. Some cats are one-person cats, and their loyalty goes to that person.

The Fickle Cat

Several cats seem to have different personalities every other day. One of my female cats will let me pet her one day, and the next day, she will growl and hiss and slap me silly with her front paws. Fickle cats want affection only on their terms. If you accidentally step on your cat’s tail, he may try to bite your leg for several days after the incident occurred. Cats do not forgive easily and will immediately let you know that.

The Cat With A Harness On

Some cats do not like to have a harness on at all. With that harness on, some cats will lie down and act like death is imminent. I have had several cats who loved to walk around with a harness and a lead rope on. If I do not control them, they could run off and get killed by a coyote or other wild animal.

The Cat That Knows When They Are Going To The Vet

Catching a cat, you will bring to your Vet can be quite the ordeal. Your cat will do its best to evade being seen or captured. I have had to use a fishnet to capture some of them. One day it took 1 hour to catch my male cat, which is nine years old. I finally got the net over him in my kitchen, and then when he arrived at my Vet, he got his distemper shot. His brother ran around in the Vets office before walking back into his cage alone. I found one of my house cats hiding in the shower, thinking I would not see him there. My one female cat, that is 11 years old will bite your finger to avoid going to the Vet, but she ends up there in the end.

Cats That Demand All Things On Their Terms

I discovered that male cats make for better lap cats than female cats. The females will stay on your lap for a while, then jump off and do their own thing. Never try to hold onto a cat that does not wish to be saved, as they will hate being held more and more. If a cat does not want to play a cat game with you, leave him alone until he is ready to play. Fickle and aloof cats remain that way for most or all of their nine lives.

The Loving And Perfect Cat Personality

My cat Kohl that died recently, was the perfect cat. He always had an even personality and was very polite, loving, and kind. He was nice to everyone he met. I have had many cats over the years with beautiful characters and ones with up-and-down personalities, and I have loved all of them.

Get Involved In Life

Do not sit on the sidelines in life, as life waits for no man. Get involved in groups and carry on a conversation with people. Go on vacations and enjoy life to its fullest. You get out of life what you put into it. Apply yourself to everything you pursue in life to excel at it. Do not wait for a job to land in your lap, for that will never happen. It would be best to go after what you wanted in life and not stop until you reached the top of your A game. Talk with people that are successful in their lives, and you will learn a lot from them. Successful people are very good at communicating with people and getting others to help them reach their dreams. By talking to people, you learn more, and you can apply their strategies to your strategy and have a very successful business. Be involved in your church and visit with your church family. Pray to God without ceasing, as he will help you reach your dreams in life. God wants you to take a path in life that will help benefit others as well as yourself.

Sitting On The Sidelines

Some people are not in any groups, they sit on the sidelines, and life passes them. Some football players always sit on the sidelines and never get to play. Your skills will get rusty if you do not play the game long. If you do not use it, you lose it. How very true. Some people have taken all their college courses and then have done nothing with what they have learned. It is a waste when you do not use the talents that God has given to you. The flame will go out if you put your candle under a bushel basket. People who do not use their God-given talents have extinguished their flame in life. Please participate in as many activities as possible, as they will keep you young and vibrant. Once you sit on the sideline in life, it is hard to get off that bench. You regress in life if you do not use your skills every day. If you sit in a recliner day after day, you will eventually have a bad back and will not be able to get out of the recliner. Never sit on the sidelines, as it w, will be hard to get back into the swing of things again.

Try To Be An Outgoing Person

People like to be around people who are outgoing, vibrant, and full of life. People do not want to be around someone full of negativity as they seem to suck the positivity out of your life. Remember, we all have good and bad days. Remember the good and happy days, let the bad days be dead and gone, and never bring them back to life. Spread God’s good works, so others will know that he lives. God will help those that pray and that follow his example.
