I am sitting outside with my cats. My cats are taking turns inside their cat playpen. They are enjoying a nice warm and sunny day. The temperature outdoors is only 74 degrees. It is a perfect day to enjoy the great outdoors.

Kohl spent 30 minutes in the cat playpen. I checked on him every so often. Kohl was watching birds and breathing in the lovely fresh air. Kohl was perfectly content and relaxed in the cat playpen.

Russ was thrilled to be in the cat playpen. Russ always tries to get outdoors anytime an opportunity presents itself. Russ was looking up in the tree branches at the squirrels moving around in the trees.

Cali looked around at her surroundings. Cali noticed some blackbirds. The blackbirds kept her interest for some time. Cali kept sniffing at the beautiful fresh air.

I love to sit in a chair and watch my cats. Cats are very relaxing to watch. I love to watch them clean themselves with their paw. It is relaxing to watch a sleeping cat. A cat can help you settle down after a stressful day.

It has been proven that owning a pet helps lower your blood pressure. People that own pets tend to live longer. Cats are an excellent company. Cats are good listeners and never talk back to you.

Cats are good mousers. Cats can catch and kill rabbits that eat away in your garden. Some of my cats have even killed a rat outdoors. Some cats and dogs become the best of friends.

If you are sad and lonely, having a cat in the house will help you have a brighter and happier day. Listening to a cat purr is very relaxing.

Kittens are so much fun to watch. It is fun to watch them play with their mother’s tails. Watching them pounce on leaves that fly around in the wind is fun. A kitten’s curiosity is boundless. Kittens will give you many hours of enjoyment.

Watching your cat throw toy mice up in the air and catch them is a joy. I like to watch my cats chase after balls. My cats love to cuddle with their catnip toys from LoopiesToys.Com. My cat Conrad plays a circle game with a light-up ball in the middle. I like to watch him having fun with that cat toy.

Cats are genuinely excellent companions. A cat can give you many years of happiness, joy, and love. A cat is there for you when you wake up in the morning. When I come home from a long day, my cats meet me at the door. Having a cat is awesome.

Whats Upsetting My Cat ?

Cats like consistency. They do not like changes whatsoever.

I will give you a list of things that may upset your cat:

new cat in the house
a new piece of furniture
a different person in your house
new appliance
different cat litter
different cat food
new bedspread
you’re leaving on a vacation

Your cat might stop using his litter box because he dislikes the new kitten you bought at home. He may start scratching up your furniture.

When I have gone on vacation, my cats have gotten into mischief. They have knocked things down and scattered any paperwork that may be laid out. My cats vomit when I am gone for a long time. They get a nervous stomach. Your cat may have loose stools while you are gone. Leave some clothes out or a blanket that has your scent on it. Leaving these out may calm your cat.

I have had cats quit using their litter box for a while because a new couch was bought into the house. Put the pillows from your old sofa on it for a time. The old pillows will have that familiar scent on them.

When you change cat food, always have the old food available until you are sure they are enjoying the new food.

Have another litter box with your old brand when changing to a different cat litter. This will prevent accidents. I had a new brand of cat litter that the cats would not even go near the litter box with the latest waste in it.

When you buy anything new, introduce your cat slowly and place something with a familiar scent on it.

A new kitten should be placed in a cage or bathroom where they can smell each other through the door. Leave the new kitten there for at least a week, then let him loose. They should all get along fine now.

Make all changes gradually if you can.
