One party had moved to another state to have their cat return to its original home. The old owners sent a picture of their cat to the new owners on messenger, and the cat was placed on a plane where his owners lived now.
Put A Chip In Their Ear At Your Vets Office
With the chip, whoever finds your cat can take them to a Vet and get your cat returned to you again. One cat managed to travel 400 miles without the chip in his ear; I do not think he would have ever returned home. The owners traveled 400 miles and picked up their cat, and it was a wonderful reunion.
Post Up Flyers
Attach flyers with a picture of your cat on poles, bulletin boards, and any place to let you put one up. Sometimes a neighbor will tell you where your cat was last seen. The party of the missing cat went to that location one night, and they had their cat back after a 5-hour stakeout.
Tell Everyone That You Know To Be On The Look Out For Your Missing Cat
Tell your friends and neighbors that your cat sneaked out of your house and to call you when they see your cat. The more people that know about it, the more likely it will be that your cat will be found safe and sound.
Place Ads On The Radio And In The Newspaper
Some people still read the local newspaper and listen to their favorite station on the radio. Never give up hope on finding your beloved pet cat. One outdoor cat returned to me after she was gone for 12 years. I figured she probably lived with the dairy farmer in our neighborhood then. God bless you and all of the pets in your life.
