Caring

What does it mean to care for someone? It means displaying kindness and concern for another person well being. You show the person compassion and respect and care for their needs in a kind and professional manner. You never hurt or harm a person who can no longer care for themselves due to age or an injury or illness beyond their control. No one wants to depend on others, but it happens as we age. We are all getting older daily and will all need someone to care for us eventually. Care for people as you want them to care for you, and you will be one of God’s good stewards.

Be kindhearted and warmhearted. A little kindness and concern will help someone in need and put a smile on their face. Visit with people, bake a treat, give them a plant, feed those who cannot provide for themselves any longer, help them stay clean, and make them feel loved and needed daily.

In caring professions, you practice looking after those who cannot care for themselves, incredibly sick and older adults. As a caring professional, you must put yourself in the other person’s shoes daily. If the party you are helping cries out in pain, do whatever is possible to take away their pain. Never walk away from someone in pain and ignore them; that is cruel and unusual punishment for a crime not committed. Feed those who cannot feed themselves and ensure they have plenty of water. Treat everyone like they might be taking care of you someday.

Caring for someone should be natural. We are all children of God and entitled to compassionate and caring professionals. Be caring and concerned for people well being forever. You will be on the receiving end someday. If you can’t take what you dish out to others that rely on you for their care, you will be in big trouble much sooner than you think.

I think most of us want the same things out of life. We want to be loved, liked, and respected. We want to be healthy, have a healthy family, and have a genuine love for each other. We came to earth to help one another as one of God’s good stewards.

We need a job that enriches us and helps other people. We want a career in life that we enjoy doing day after day. A job should not make you feel horrible; it should help fill your days with great joy. As you know, you have helped out many people today. The world should be a better place with the knowledge you willingly share with other people that will pass their knowledge down the line.

Traveling is an excellent way to learn about other countries and their people. I enjoy looking at the beautiful architecture in foreign countries around the world. I enjoy seeing mountains and looking at and hearing the sounds of the ocean. I like tranquil settings that let you relax and unwind from life’s stresses and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Staying in an inn or a small cottage is very relaxing indeed.

I like nature in all of its glory. The peacock with all his tail feathers spread out, and our majestic bald eagle soared above. Beautiful flowers and flowering trees add much to the flavor of life. I like to look at cute baby animals as they are adorable in every way possible.

When we die, we want to be remembered in a positive light. We want to be remembered for the good things we did that helped others and know that we left a positive and helpful impression with our time on earth. We want God to think of us as his good stewards.

The true meaning of Christmas is to celebrate the birth of Christ. He was born to save us from our sins. He is our great redeemer. He was born in a lowly manger, as his parents were told there was no room in the inn. The animals in the manger gathered near him. The three wise men came bearing gifts to celebrate his birth. The stars in the sky were brightly shining, which helped lead the wise man to his place of birth in Bethlehem.

Christmas Stands For The Birth Of Christ

Christmas stands for the birth of Christ, as the first part of the word Christmas is Christ. We should always say Merry Christmas and not Happy Holidays. When we take Christ out of the equation, we have lost the true meaning of Christmas. We are so afraid of offending people anymore that many say Happy Holidays. We are much better off just saying Merry Christmas because that is what we want to say to celebrate the birth of our savior Christ the Lord.

Christmas is not about exchanging gifts and cyber Monday or sales. Surround yourself with family and friends that celebrate Christmas the way you know it should be celebrated. Go to a Christmas eve service at church and surround yourself with your church family in celebrating the birth of Christ. It is lovely to see your church full of people on Christmas Eve celebrating the birth of Christ our Savior. We sing praises to God.

Bring Joy, Hope, Love, And Peace To Everyone

Help people in need at Christmas. Give to worthy charities in your community. Give to ministries that help people all over the World. Give to the food bank, volunteer, visit people often, and pray for others without ceasing. Always try to be a person that people can look up to and respect. Your actions toward others speak volumes about you and what is truly important to you. Celebrate the birth of Christ in a manner that treats him as our Lord and great redeemer. Do random acts of kindness often. Please pay it forward and give a stranger a surprise gift.

Micah 5: 2

But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings-on have been from old, from everlasting.

Luke 2: 9 – 17

And lo, the angel of the Lord, came unto them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you this day in the city of David a Savior, Christ the Lord. Stamina

Isaiah 40: 30 – 31

Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall :

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint.

My stamina is not what it used to be. I get worn out more quickly now. I have noticed that when visiting people in the Rest Home, I feel more like my old self again. I enjoy visiting with people in the Rest Homes. They like to have company and know they are appreciated and cared for. One kind word or little gesture of kindness can make all the difference in the world to the person you are visiting. Remember that you will most likely be in the Rest Home someday.

Spreading God’ss good works makes me feel revitalized and gives me a more purposeful life. God can give you the stamina to complete just about anything you want to pursue in life that is worth pursuing. Stamina is sheer determination to complete the journey in life that God has mapped out for you. If you are a good servant of God, your stamina will be greatly improved so you can spread God’s good works where ever you go.

Stamina keeps us going until we take our last breath on earth. Ginger can help us complete the race and run on the right track. Sometimes we get off track in our lives, but God leads us back on the right track again. Always remember you have a hidden source of stamina that God can bring out when necessary so you can complete the race of life in a way that will please God and others.

Salvation

What does Salvation mean? It stands for preservation or deliverance from harm or ruin, or loss. Deliverance from sin and its consequences are believed by Christians to be brought about by faith in Christ. It also means redemption and reclamation. Jesus shall bring Salvation to his followers.

Salvation came to me when I was afraid or sick. My prayers have been answered many times. My faith has many branches as the branches of the trees. In times of trial or tribulation, God has helped me stay focused and alert to what I can do to help and enrich others’ lives—set goals for yourself, as you can achieve almost anything with God as your cheerleader.

We pray for the Lord ” to take our soul if we should die before we wake.” We have Salvation when we are not afraid and have faith in Christ. Salvation paves the way for your redemption and reclamation. The Salvation Army helps people who have had ruin, lost, or harmed by the storms. They ensure people have food, housing, clothes, and much more, as they are some of God’s good stewards.

Think of how God has saved or rescued you from harm. God saved my life at least three times in the hospital. I made it through several illnesses that could have killed me. God has plans for every one of us to accomplish on earth. Do not waste your time and let life pass you by, as you have much to achieve in this World that will help generations to come. All it takes is one person to move a mountain. Have faith in the Lord, and Salvation will be yours. Go out and move mountains, keep your faith, praise the Lord, and ye shall find Salvation.

John 4: 39

A woman who has an encounter with Jesus. Just tell people the way Christ changed your life. Everyone’s testimony is powerful because it is about moving from death to life. Giving your testimony is a way to share the gospel.

Our standards of ethics have been increasingly lacking in society with each passing year. We need strong values to pass down to our children and others. We know in our hearts what is right and wrong and should act as we do with each other.

It is not OK to bash other people. If you have to run down your opposing candidate, that is unfortunate because it shows you cannot run on your own merits or accomplishments. If you cannot run on your values, you should not. Always make the right and ethical stand, or make no stand.

We need more people with upstanding moral principles in many different jobs and areas of life. Treat others like you would like to be treated. Harming others in any way, shape, or form is not OK.

What is your set of ideals? I want to treat people with respect and reach out to them. I want to do things on my own merits. Do not ride on the coattails of others to take you to the top. Get to the top of your game with a high standard of ethics, and you cannot go wrong in life.

It is not OK to bully people. Do not say anything if you cannot say something to someone to make them feel better. We all have problems, and no one has a clue as to what you are going through. If something about someone upsets you, maybe you have the same situation yourself, but you cannot see the forest for the trees.

Remember your ideals, values, standards, rights and wrongs, moral principles, and sense of ethics. Be one of God’s good stewards by setting high standards for yourself to live by.

Courageous

What does it take to be courageous? You must be willing to stand up for what you think is right, even when all the odds seem to be against you. You willingly step into situations even when it is dangerous to do so to help someone else. You dare to go the extra mile if necessary to complete the job. If you are fighting for a cause you believe in, it takes a lot of courage if no one else backs you up.

Firefighters, police, law enforcement, military, and many other jobs have truly courageous people who willingly protect us daily and know they could die from watching us. God saves us daily and tries to lead us on the right path if we truly listen to him and ask for guidance in our prayers.

If you see something entirely wrong and not right, be courageous and report the problem to someone in authority who might be able to correct the problem. If someone is a bully, notify them and try to take the bully’s power away. People who hurt others have a significant problem and must be said so that their reign of terror will finally stop.

Be courageous and step out of your comfort zone. Travel, get a better job, try something new, and you most likely will like the changes in your life. Courage is a great motivator to be a better and kinder, and more compassionate you. Further your education, and remember you dare to complete your college degree.

Be courageous and make the world a better place. Stand up for what is right and just. Always put your best foot forward in life. Remember, Jesus Christ was very courageous.

You Cannot Relive The Past

It will be a grave disappointment if you try to relive an event that happened in the past. Time changes things quickly. The old buildings you remember might be torn down. People you remember may be gone now.

I went to a town as a child; it was completely different when I returned as an adult. The city was a tourist trap now and had lost its appealing charmed years ago. I went to the town where my Mother was born when I was 20. The old hometown grocery store, her school, and the house her father built were still there. I returned to her hometown 25 years later, and everything had been torn down and replaced with new buildings.

If you attended a fun event years ago and think you can recreate the event again, think again. Life is full of constant changes, which is a good thing. You can attend a new event and have fond memories of that event for years to come. I remember the people that have owned and operated stores years ago. I have many beautiful memories of the people I have met along life’s Hi-Way.

Change is what makes the world continue to grow and not stagnate. Buildings get old and are beyond repair and eventually have to be replaced with new ones that fit the times we live in now. We can remember the past and hold it deeply in our hearts, but we cannot recreate the past event. History means it is in the past, and it has passed by.

We all struggle with the past. Some of us want to buy a car like we had when we were young. People like to purchase old toys. They see if it is one they had as a child. We want to hang onto our youth as long as we possibly can. Remember the people, places, and events that have made you happy throughout your life but do not try to recreate the particular event. Life keeps moving forward daily with a new event or moment every day. Live your life to its full potential.

Holding A Grudge

It does not pay to hold a grudge against someone. You might have unknowingly said or done something that started the grudge. Holding a grudge will prevent you from moving on with your life in a positive manner.

Holding ill will against someone is not suitable for your health and well-being. Discuss the situation with the party you grudge against to see if you can resolve the problem efficiently and quickly. Did you go into the position with clean hands, and if not, why wouldn’t the other party be mad at you? Did you insult them or insure them in some way? If you can answer yes, apologize for what you said or did to them.

A grudge can cause you and the other party involved many sleepless nights. Sometimes it is best to let bygones be bygones and move forward in life. Did a third party start the ball rolling to injure you and the other party? You must always consider the source before you come to a false conclusion that is just based on lies or circumstances at present.

If God held a grudge, we would not get to heaven because we are all sinners. Jesus died on the cross for our sins so we may live again in the kingdom of heaven. We should always be willing to forgive people and move forward and build a stronger bond with them.

Sometimes things get completely twisted around or taken out of context. If a friend, acquaintance, business, or someone else has insulted or hurt you, try to figure out why. Try to agree or understand that both parties can live with. Apologize if you have broken or offended someone. Sometimes situations cannot be resolved regrettably, but at least try. I hope you are not holding a grudge against someone in your life. Life is too short, so live by being kind and considerate to people, as a bit of kindness goes a long way in life.

Life Is A Continuous Adventure

We will be on many different adventures in our lifetime. Some experiences will be fun and enlightening; others will be scary and anything but fun. Travel, friends, being close to God and nature, etc., are experiences we could repeat daily. Sickness can rob us of experiences until we learn to embrace our illness and move forward with our life as it is now. Find new motivation in your life and redefine yourself in new and different activities that you and others can enjoy.

Start a new hobby, blog, and travel as often as your health permits. Take walks or rides and enjoy the sounds of nature that abound us. Surround yourself with friends, and as many cheerleaders as possible that will motivate you to do more than you ever thought possible. Pray continuously without ceasing, as God does answer our prayers.

Do not isolate yourself; this will only worsen your illness as you constantly think about it. Keep your mind centered on what you I can do to make a positive difference in the World today. You could volunteer at a food bank, visit people in the Rest Homes, etc. Call and converse with people on the phone, as the human voice can be soothing and comforting. Human contact and virtual visiting with people has texting beat by a mile.

Pray and seek God’s advice, as he knows all your aches, pains, wants, and desires every minute of the day. God will lead you on the path he knows you can excel in, making you one of God’ss excellent stewards so you can share God’s good works daily. Strive to put a smile on someone’s face daily and make their day a little brighter and better.
