Isaiah 40 : 30 – 31
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall :
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength ; they shall mount up with wings as eagles ; they shall run , and not be weary; and they shall walk , and not faint.
My stamina is not what it used to be. I get worn out more quickly now. I have noticed that when I am visiting people in the Rest Home I feel more like my old self again. I enjoy visiting with people in the Rest Homes. They like to have company and know that they are appreciated and cared for. One kind word or one little gesture of kindness can make all the difference in the world to the person that you are visiting. Remember that you will most likely be in the Rest Home yourself one day.
Spreading Gods good works makes me feel revitalized and gives me the feeling of a more purposeful life. God can give you the stamina to complete just about anything that you want to pursue in life that is worth pursuing. Stamina is sheer determination to complete the journey in life that God has mapped out for you. If you are a good servant of Gods your stamina will be greatly improved so you can spread Gods good works where ever you go.
Stamina is what keeps us going until we take our last breath on earth. Stamina can help us complete the race and run on the right track in life. Sometimes we get off track in our life but God leads us back on the right track again. Always remember you have a hidden source of stamina that God can bring out when necessary so you can complete the race of life in a way that will be pleasing to God and others.
