Victory In Life

When you die, will people say you had Victory in life? If you accomplished a lot that helped others and benefited humanity, people would tell you had Victory in life. Victory is feeling comfortable with who and what you stand for in life. I hope you accomplish much with the life that God has given to you. Every day strive to become a better you. Reach out to people often and genuinely care for their well-being. Do not be nice to people because you think something is in it for you. Be nice to people because you want to in Christian love and concern for them. Money grabbers who try to take advantage of people will not have Victory in this life or the next life. Life is not about money. It is about friendship, family, and putting yourself in the other person’s shoes. Suppose you can see yourself in another person’s predicaments., Then you have true Victory in life. Help all you know that need a helping hand now and then. Do not let your tongue say hurtful and nasty words; there is no victory in that. A wise man knows when to keep his mouth shut, and a foolish man will rant and rave to no end. Be gentle, kind, considerate, trustworthy, faithful, and live a life of Victory to the finish line.

Victory In Death

Jesus made it possible for us to have Victory in death. Jesus died on the cross for our sins so we may live on into eternity with God, our creator. The final form of Victory over death is our resurrection. Our bodies will decay and rot, but our souls shall live on forever in the house of the Lord. The arch of the Gospel rests upon two pillars the death of Christ and the bodily resurrection of Christ. When a Christian loved one dies, we celebrate the end of that believer as a victory. Victory believes in God with all of your heart and soul. With God as our constant companion, success will surely come our way. God is light as he is not a light or a kind of light; he is light itself. God is light, and there is no darkness in him. God is the light of the world.

Behold, I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and his mortal body must put on immortality; when the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the human parts put on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written:

“Death is swallowed up in victory.” ” O death, where is your Victory? “O death, where is your sting?”

False Accusations

Unjustly Accused

If you are unjustly accused of doing something you did not do, it is hard to clear your name of the false accusation. People like to believe facts that are not proven, and the story gets told repeatedly. The story gets more elaborated as it is said over time. Never accuse anyone of anything until you have all your facts straight and evidence to support your claims. A false accusation against someone may cause them to lose their job. Think of how you would feel if you were accused of doing something you did not do. You would feel terrible that people were accusing you of something you did not do, and people would be whispering behind your back and saying there goes to the person that did such and such. It is better to keep your mouth shut and say nothing rather than accuse someone innocent of wrongdoing. If you come to court with unclean hands, you are no better than the person you have charged with misconduct. A babysitter accused a mother of child abuse, and the mother lost custody of her child. The child had a rare disease and would bleed and bruise easily because of the illness. Finally, the mother got her child back again. You do not know people’s health conditions, so say nothing until you have your ducks in a row.

Accusations Of Various Kinds

Do not judge someone, as only God is the judge of man. People want to feel others to help them boost their low self-esteem. Kids will accuse other kids of taking their notebooks when they know full well; they lost them on purpose to get out of doing an assignment in school. They make sure they accuse a shy and quiet student who will be too afraid to defend himself. Some teachers have a student they love picking on and making their life a living hell in school. They may accuse the student of doing something they did not do and make them sit in the corner with a dunce hat on. One teacher told the bus driver that the student that rode the bus was so stupid they did not remember that they were to be on the bus at a particular time. She failed to tell the bus driver that she had made the student stay after school to clean the clock. If someone unjustly accuses you, stand up to them, and they will be the ones people will see, for their true colors will shine through. Some people delight in making trouble, for others stop them. Good will always prevail over evil in the end. The accuser will become the accused in the future. God watches what we do and how we act around others every day that we are on earth. Be kind and shut your mouth until you have all your facts and figures. Never accuse someone unjustly.

Be Prepared For Change In Your Life

You May Have To Move Away From Your Family

People move many times in life, and it is never easy but sometimes necessary. When a woman gets married, she generally moves away from her family. If you find a better-paying job, you must relocate to a new town and make new friends. Going to college will generally be the first move in your life, and you will get to meet many people during your college years.

Technology

You have to try to keep up with technology to the best of your ability as the world is a technology world. Technology changes quickly, and the smartphone you purchased one year ago is obsolete. Cars can drive themselves now, and I noticed an automated John Deere tractor in a farm magazine. Technology makes it easier for some to navigate this world and very hard for those who cannot keep up with it.

We Are An Aging Society

As we grow older, adapting or accepting changes is more arduous. We may still feel young inside, but we know we are old when it takes us a long time to complete a simple task. A project that took only minutes to achieve when you were in your forties now brings you an hour to meet in your seventies. We must accept change gracefully and realize that aging is a part of life. All of us will depend on people to help us as we age because we cannot do it by ourselves anymore. You may feel bad for asking people for help, but they will have to ask for help themselves someday. All of us need caring people in our lives. God wants us to help our fellow man when he needs a helping hand. God gives us a helping hand when we pray to him for help daily.

Death Of Loved Ones

All of us cry and mourn our loved ones. We miss them deeply and wish they could be beside us. All of us grieve differently. God weeps with us when we have lost a loved one. When our loved one is very sick and suffering and dies, we can find comfort that in death, they will suffer no longer. Our loved ones will be in heaven with God and their loved ones that have gone on before them. God is the light and salvation.

Change Is Always Going To Be Part Of Life

If you like to travel, travel while you are young. None of us know what tomorrow may bring, so enjoy life daily. Remember that this is the day the lord has made, and be glad in it and rejoice in it every morning when you first get out of bed. God can and does help you get through the complex changes in your life. Remember that God is your compass and your guide through your entire life. Change is inevitable, so try to run with it and accept it.

Love Your Enemies

We find it very difficult to love our enemies. We must think to ourselves there is a reason why they turned out the way they did. Maybe your enemy was treated the way he is treating you now at one point in his life. Your enemy may have been mistreated at home or someplace else. As the old saying goes, never judge someone until you have walked in their shoes. One bully was bullied all of the time by his older siblings. When he grew up, he teased whoever he could in school. It gave him a sense of power since he had no control over the bullying he received from his older siblings at home. Many bad things have been inflicted on young children they had no control over. The total of your experiences over the years accounts for how you act toward others that enter your life later on. If your enemy treats you poorly, treat him nicely. Evil will never win over good. Help your enemy when he falls; we all deserve a second chance. We will never understand why or why some people act as they do. Never let an enemy keep you awake at night, for they are sleeping soundly, and you are the one evil controls. When you treat them with genuine kindness, your enemies will not know how to act. Defeat evil with good, for good always wins over evil.

Bad Sportsmanship

People can get evil when it comes to winning a lot of money on a football game, horse race, etc. Other players have run into another player hard on purpose to break their leg or arm so the other team or person may win. Horses have been found in the morning in their stable with a mysteriously broken leg. It generally comes out after the game or race, which the culprit was. They may have had a lot of money for a while, but now they are in jail for their evil and greedy ways.

The Devil

Resist the ways and temptations of the devil. The devil is truly evil, and he will try to tempt you every day of your life if you let him. He will offer you the fruits of this world, but what have you gained if you do not end up in heaven with Christ by your side? Tell the devil to get lost, stay away from you, and he will. “The devil is a rebel, and he will run you into the ground just like a pebble.”- Taken from my book Joy, Forever Precious Soul. Save your soul, stay away from the evil one, and look to God, for he is the way to Salvation. All of us know the difference between good and evil. Do good work and be kind to your enemies. Let God be your compass in life.

If Someone Is Having A Bad Day Reach Out To Them

Be kind to people that are having a difficult day. You do not know what they have endured or endured during their day. They may be going through complex cancer treatments or losing a loved one. If a friend is sad or depressed, try to cheer them up. Take your friend out for coffee or lunch and listen to them. Sometimes when we feel low, all we need is a friend to listen to us and help put a bright spot back in our life when all seems lost. Life has a lot of road bumps, and sometimes we need extra help to get out of the rut we got stuck in. Try to be the person that helps people get back on solid ground again.

God Reaches Out To Us every day.

God knows when you are having a truly hard or bad day. Ask God for guidance in your life often, and God will guide you. Say your prayers every night when you go to bed, as God will answer your prayers. God will lift you to new heights when all seems lost. God reaches out to us daily and will always look for any sheep in his flock that may be lost or need guidance.

Be Kind To All You Meet On Life’s Hi-Way

If you meet someone hungry, invite them into a restaurant and pay for their meal. Help support charities of your choosing. Give a homeless person a gift of money or some new clothes. One homeless man got an excellent job when one woman gave him a brand-new suit. He was hired immediately when he applied for his career, looking very presentable with his great resume. He was a corporate manager until his corporation went bankrupt after eight years of college. He had been homeless, and it was no fault of his own. He was lucky that one woman helped him and became a top businessman again. One person can change another person’s life forever. One wealthy woman had helped a homeless man and became almost homeless when she lost all her investment money. The man she had helped out was now rich, and he paid off the entire mortgage due on her house.

Kindness Can Change The World

If people are treated unfairly or unjustly, they tend to treat others like they have been treated. Never bully anyone, as you can break their self-esteem, which is cruel. If you are kind and caring toward people, they will tend to be kind and caring throughout their lives. We become the product of the people we are around or admire. If people were more forgiving and respectful of other people all of the time, we would have a World with much less violence. Be kind and make the World a better place you are blessed with every day.

Let People Know That You Care About Them

People not feeling well love it if they can talk to someone. Call and visit sick friends and relatives as often as you can. I was happy in the hospital when I received get-sound cards and magazines to read. It is lovely to have visitors in your room. Sick people need a boost to help them survive their illness or disease while they are sick. Sitting next to someone and having them hold your hand can encourage you to do your best to get back to your old self again.

Prayers And Faith Can Make You Well

God is always by your side 24/7. I pray for sick friends and relatives as prayers can and do heal people. God does not want anyone to be sick, but it is part of nature. Pray for sick people without ceasing, as God answers all prayers in his timeframe. We all have a day to be born and a day to die. People I have known had a solid connection with God and said that connection made all the difference in the world. They told me they could not endure their pain and suffering without connecting to God. Eventually, we will not recover from a sickness, but we know if we have repented of our sins, we will be in heaven with God someday.

Young Children And Sickness

Children need all the extra attention and love they can get from their parents and friends. When I was sick as a child, my parents lay on the floor next to my hospital bed. I was comforted in knowing that my parents were by my side. Children are scared of the strange nurses and doctors that are treating them. I had a stuffed cat by my bed that I held as that stuffed cat seemed to comfort me. I kept an ear from that stuffed cat for many years. God loves all the little children and wants them to get well and do great things in the world.

People That Are Dying Need You By Their Side

I have talked to many people that know they will be dying soon. They know that God is by their side, giving them great comfort. The dying people were my friends originally or after I had gotten to know them. They would tell me about growing up years ago and about their family. I grieved their passing, but I knew they were no longer in pain, which comforted me. My first association with death was when my grandmother died, followed by my grandfather six months later. I cried and missed them terribly. My mother was the most brutal death for me; she was only 57 years old. I think of my mother very often. My father lived to be almost 82, and I was very close to him and missed him terribly. Everyone has their way of grieving, and you will be in tea for specific days or memories. God takes away all the pain and suffering in death, and you will have eternal life in heaven.

Pets And Sickness Or Death

Pets are part of your family, and when one gets sick, you rush them to your local Vet. You want them to recover so you will have many more pet years with them. I wouldn’t say I like putting a pet to sleep, but I do because I do not want any pet to suffer when it doesn’t have to. I have cried over many lost pets throughout the years. I know that my pets will be in heaven someday.

Keeping Your Faith

Faith And Health Issues

All of us will have health issues come up for us or someone we love. It can be hard to keep up your faith when someone in your family has a severe life-threatening illness. If we do not stand firm in our faith, we will not stand at all. Isaiah 7:9. We will not be able to love without trust. Go to God with your anger and fears, for he will understand. Keeping God in the center will help your light shine brightly. Whatever you are going through, it is not impossible to keep your faith. Faith will help you get through painful and challenging events in your life. Ask God to help you with your health concerns, as God knows what you are going through. Your faith can grow when your health is terrible if you take your worries to God. God will help you think about things you can do to help others with health issues and problems. One woman once told me that if it was not for her faith in God, she could not have survived her ordeal with end-of-life health problems.

Faith And Family

The family that prays together stays together. I believe all prayers do get answered in God’s time frame. A family that eats together and prays together has a closer connection to God and each other than a family that does not. Families can disuse each other’s problems that occurred during the day while sitting at the family table. Problems can be solved quickly when discussed with your family or friends. Families that eat in different rooms of the home tend to have more issues than families that remain at the table and talk about the day’s activities and events. Put away your smartphones, speak, listen to each other, and take your concerns to God in prayer. Communication skills are better in families that speak and visit with each other regularly. It isn’t nice to sit at a table with your smartphone on and not say a single word to each other. I believe families can sit at the table and pray and discuss things with each other. Blest be the tie that binds our hearts in Christian love: The fellowship of kindred minds is like that above, and that helps us keep our faith alive and well.

Faith And Marriage

You must have faith to have an excellent and long marriage. Without trust, you cannot truly love someone with all your heart and soul. Confidence will help you get through problem times in your wedding. You may have money problems or health issues. With certainty, you know that you will find another job eventually. You may have to take a job you don’t care for at first, but a better job is around the corner with faith. Take your problems to God and have faith that he will help you. With confidence and God by your side, you will make it to the finish line in life.

United

Unity

Members of a group with binding ideals help form unity. United, we stood, and divided, we fell. A church is united if the members honor and respect the work of each other with ministry etc. When we are connected in our church, we can accomplish much more than we are divided. To keep unity in a church, you must not gossip about anyone, as the person’s reputation may be destroyed. Satan loves fiction, so do not think about spreading the word anywhere or anytime. Do not let what one person may say about you keep you from attending church. Know God’s loving laws, for nothing will make you stumble. Nothing will offend you, and nothing will make you sin. Always remember your church is the house of God, not the church of the people, and Jesus is the head of the church. Jesus has ultimate control. Being united is necessary, and it is mandatory.

Unity In Accomplishing Things In Your Church

Focus on each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Some people will be good at making food in your church, accounting, bible study groups, etc. Let people work in the area that they feel comfortable in. If they do not want to work in the church’s kitchen, do not make them. Let them help in a way that will benefit the church and where they feel comfortable, and much will get accomplished for the betterment of the church and the community. Always remember you are serving in the house of the Lord to help others as Jesus has helped us. Love the fellowship you have in your church, and help it grow every day. Help with missions, help with fundraisers, visit with the elderly, and do everything you can to enrich and encourage people to come to your church. Greet people with a friendly hello and a handshake when they enter your church.

United In Accomplishing Things

If two students work together on a class project, they can learn from each other, and their report will cover more information about the project. A team of doctors working together to find out what is wrong with someone will be able to come up with an answer much quicker than one doctor possibly could. A group of people working together on anything will be able to get the project done on time as everyone can pitch in to complete the project. A person working alone on a project feels like he may never get the task done, but if others pitch in and everyone is united to the cause, there will be light at the end of the tunnel.

United With God

A world united with God is a unique family known for love, kindness, and caring for God’s children. Many nations will join themselves to the Lord, and they will become my people. A Christian person’s unity with Christ is loyal. Our union with Christ is honest and intensely intimate.

Will You Be Able To Climb To The Top Of Your Mountain?

There will be lots of mountains that we must climb up in our lifetime. Some of the hills will be covered with loose rocks or large boulders, and we must learn how to maneuver up the mountain safely and wisely. If you start climbing up a hill and are unprepared for your journey, you will not reach the top. Everything in life takes lots of determination and preparation. You will need mountain gear and equipment to reach the peak. God will help you climb over problems and disappointments in your life when you ask him for his guidance in your life. Sometimes when we see a tall mountain in our life, we figure there is no way we can ever reach the top. All of us will have lots of cluttered mountains that we must climb. If we get caught up in events from our past and not focused on the future, getting to the top of the hill seems impossible. Let the past stay in the past, and look forward to the end. Do not focus on yourself in life. Focus on your family, friends, the needy, and those less fortunate than you are. Your first focus should bed on God and how you can serve him best daily.

Stay Focused On The Mountain Summit

Anything worth achieving in life takes time, and you must remain focused on your goal. To have a friend, you must be a friend. Friendships are the flowers in the garden of life. Family supports and stands by you when you need their love and support. Never take anyone for granted; let them know you love and care for them deeply. Friends and family will help you climb to the top of many obstacles or mountains. God stays focused on his flock and tries to guide us on our mountain journeys. God will keep looking for one lost sheep in his community, and he is pleased when the lost sheep returns to the flock. We struggle to climb the mountains occasionally, but we must never lose faith. We all struggle with health, family, and many other issues. If your health changes suddenly, it is hard to see the mountain top. It would be best not to let health problems rob you of what you accomplish with your life. Hold your torch high and keep climbing up the mountain. Remember, many people are much worse off than you, and they still hold their torches high. Never give up on yourself, as there is only one you created by God to help make the World a better place for you having been here. God will help me reach the mountain summit in my life. Go out and climb to the top of your mountain summit with your torch held high.

My Cousins Cat Died At Age 23

I Gave Her To My Cousin As a Kitten

She was born on my farm. Her Mother was part Siamese, Himalayan, and domestic short – hair. Her Mother lived to be 18 years old. Her Mother was an excellent huntress; she killed many mice and gophers in her lifetime. My cousin’s cat was also an excellent huntress. Her Mother looked five times in each direction before she would cross the road. Luckily, my cousin’s cat lived next to a hectic Hi-Way, and she remembered the crossing-the-road skills she had taught her Mother. My cousin found her dead in the cat building. It is unfortunate to lose a cat you have had for 23 years as they are part of your family.

She Was An Excellent Mother Cat

She never lost her kittens when she took them hunting with her. All of her kittens were nursed and loved by her, and none of them died shortly after they were born as she attended to their every need. Some of her kittens in later years were killed on the busy Hi-Way. My cousin has one of her daughters and two Grandchildren from her. They are very active, and excellent hunters like their Mother was. Her children are always on the move, just like she was. My cousin cared for her, and he loved her dearly. My cousin’s cat lived to be 23 because she was always active and on the move in search of mice or other Vermont. She never sat still in her old age and seemed to enjoy life and all it had to offer. She left an incredible legacy as she was a very kind and loving cat, and she lives on through her and her children’s children. My cousin’s cat that died is the cat in the back of the picture with her daughter and grandson.

We Buried Her On My Cousins’ Farm

I had a large Styrofoam box that we buried her in, and she was wrapped in a coat. We had to bury her in a building on his farm with a dirt floor since all the other ground was completely frozen. She is buried on the farm she loves and loves hunting on. She will be greatly missed, as she was such a wonderful cat. She brought much joy to my cousin over the years. I said a prayer for her after I buried her. I thanked God for letting him have her in my cousin’s life as she brought much joy and love into my cousins life. I asked God to care for her in his loving arms at her death. I thanked God for the beautiful legacy she left behind. May she find a happy home in your loving embrace? As we remember her may we love each other more dearly. She has a beautiful tombstone for her grave marker. The marker has a cat on it with angels’ wings, and it mentions our genuine friendship with our dearly loved cats and us. The bond between pets and humans can never be broken or lost, as it remains in our hearts and soul forever.
