We Will Have Many Passages In Our Life

The Youthful Years Or The Carefree Years

We have fun playing with friends, and we are cared for by our parents. We play with toys of different types, entertaining ourselves for hours. If you like playing outdoors, as most children do, you play softball, basketball, football, soccer, frisbee golf, and anything else you can think of. Hide-and-seek is a good game for very young children, as they may hide on top of a small building, and the other kids keep running around looking for them until someone eventually looks up and spots them.

The Teenage Years

The teenage years are awkward as we try to fit in with our friends and wear the cool clothing to school. Teenagers are trying to act like adults, and they can be mouthy, annoying, and standoffish—especially during high school and college. We are acting more grown-up, but we still need lots of guidance. We must learn not to hang out with people who may lead us down the wrong path in life. Good study habits and good grades will take you far in life.

The College Years

If you go on to get a BA, Master’s, or Doctoral degree, you will be in your 20s or older. You are now set on a career that will take you far in life, hopefully. You may meet your future husband or wife at college and get married before or after you both graduate with your degrees and start your dream jobs, hopefully.

The Married Years

Hopefully, you will have a blessed marriage and love your other half just as much as the day you took your wedding vows. Most likely, after three years of marriage, you will have your first child. It is best to get established in life before you have children; that way, you know you will be able to provide for them, as many things can happen. Your child may get very sick, or maybe you or your spouse may get sick, and you will have to live off of just one income. Always have some reserves, as emergencies do pop up in life at the most inopportune times. Hopefully, your children will respect you, help care for you in your old age, and bless you with Grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Married life can be very blissful and loving if you marry the right person. God bless you and your family.

The Senior Years

Hopefully, most of your senior years will be happy, and you will be blessed with good health and able to travel, unwind, and enjoy them. Travel often and enjoy life to its fullest potential because someday smooth sailing will end and turbulent storms will enter your life. Continue to learn something new every day that you are on earth, and tell yourself every morning (that this is the day the Lord hath made, let us rejoice and be glad in it). God is our biggest cheerleader in life, so follow God and his example, and you will have lived a life that helped others while you were on earth.
