Waiting On The Phone For Hours To Get Your Issue Resolved

I Am Sick Of Trying To Talk To Animated Humans And Rude Humans

I explained my issue to them and said I did not get that. I tell them I want to speak to a human being, and eventually, after an hour has gone by totally wasted, I finally get a human being on the other end. I told them my problem, and when they could not resolve it, they hung up on me, so I called them right back. I did get a different person on the line, and just when I thought my problem was resolved, I was back to square one. I finally told him to cancel my order, but I noticed they were shipping it to me anyway. We had agreed on a specific date, and the date they sent it to me did not work out. I will never do any business with that company ever again. It is rude and unnecessary to hang up on a customer just because you are mad that they do not want things delivered your way; after all, it should be delivered the way the customer wanted it to be delivered in the first place.

Trying To Get Your Money Back From A Business That Made A Mistake

I was on the phone for 18 hours over several days before I finally got reimbursed for a colossal mistake a business made in their favor. They must have thought I would accept the charges. I will not pay for products or services that I did not receive. One business I went to had one price that they charged the women and another price that they charged the men. I would haven’t found out about it, but a man and a woman came into the business at about the same time. The man was quoted a low price and the woman a high price for the same product. I asked the owner, and he said that was how they made their profit. I never set foot in there again after that.

Computer Issues

I hate troubleshooting a computer or laptop problem over the phone. I do not know all the computer lingo or terms, and I don’t particularly appreciate trying to figure out new updates, e-sim cards, and much more. I spent three hours with a computer tech putting a new e-sim card on my phone. Everything he told me to try did not work, and I was at wit’s end. He finally sent me a link with a QR code, and we finally installed it. If you did not grow up with modern computers, etc., explaining what is wrong with them is a real hassle, especially if you get an animated human. Also, I’m not too fond of it when they keep switching departments with you because someone in another department works on your particular problem, and you have to start at square one again, telling them what your problem is. I wish they would not always have computer updates, and everything becomes obsolete the minute it leaves their store practically.
